I like this product it works for me. I tried many pills but it didn’t work well for me. This one helped me to fall in sleep faster and sleep for a longer time. Moreover the pill size is easy to swallow with no bad taste or smell.

These have 5mg of melatonin which is more than enough for most adults. The other additives probably help with relaxation, but that much melatonin is going to knock most anyone out. These are tasteless and have seemed to work well so far.

The wife and i use these regularly for a good night's rest. The active ingredient is about half of what we would normally get from the local store, but we can either take 2 or, for me, one works just fine. The additional supplement ingredients are just in support of overall health and with the frequency that we take this as a sleep aid, they are inconsequential.

I have used almost the entire bottle of these now and they seem to work well. I was using a more expensive, but similar product before and I didn’t notice any negative change when I started these. So they seem to be a worthwhile, somewhat cheaper option to consider.
